This Privacy Policy describes how Fuel Marketing LLC d/b/a Fuel Marketing Systems (“Fuel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of fuelmarketing.systems (the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide.
When you submit an application, contact form, or other inquiry through the Site, you may provide information including your name, work email, company name, company website, LinkedIn URL, business model, revenue band, role, target market, growth bottleneck, and other information requested by the form.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and approximate geographic location. This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies.
1.3 Visitor Identification Technology.
Important: The Site may deploy IP-resolution and visitor-identification technologies that attempt to identify the business or organization associated with your IP address and, where available, contact information for individuals at that organization. This information may be used by Fuel for our own marketing and outreach. By using the Site, you consent to this collection and use to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
1.4 Cookies.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance measurement, attribution, advertising, and to remember your preferences. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect Site functionality.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Evaluate applications, prepare proposals, and contact applicants;
- Send marketing and informational communications consistent with applicable law;
- Conduct analytics, attribution, and conversion measurement;
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Use;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights; and

3. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors that perform services on our behalf (including hosting, analytics, email infrastructure, CRM, AI, and similar tools);
- Affiliates and portfolio companies of Fuel where reasonably necessary;

- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of Fuel’s assets.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share business contact information with marketing-services partners as part of normal B2B marketing operations consistent with applicable law.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Application data may be retained indefinitely for re-engagement purposes unless deletion is requested as set forth below.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Site at your own risk with respect to the security of any information you submit.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Marketing Communications.
You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Transactional and account-related communications are not subject to opt-out.
6.2 California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Other State Privacy Rights.
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with applicable consumer privacy law (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as enacted), you may have rights including the right to know, access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. To exercise such rights, contact privacy@fuelmarketing.agency. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
6.3 EU/UK Residents.
The Site is operated from and primarily targeted to United States businesses. Fuel does not market or direct services to consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom and does not knowingly collect personal data of EU/UK consumers. If you are an EU/UK resident and believe we have collected your personal data, contact privacy@fuelmarketing.agency and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
6.4 Children.
The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact privacy@fuelmarketing.agency.
7. International Transfers
Fuel is based in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
