Our operating philosophy

Five principles drive how we build, both for ourselves and for clients.

1. Infrastructure beats headcount

Every problem has a ‘hire someone’ solution and an ‘infrastructure’ solution. We default to infrastructure. Headcount creates linear growth. Infrastructure compounds.

2. Systems beat tactics

Tactics work for 90 days. Systems work for years. We don’t deliver one-off campaigns. We build engines that produce results month over month after we’re gone.

3. Quality compounds, volume of garbage doesn’t

We publish 16 high-quality articles per month instead of 50 mediocre ones. We send 35,000 well-targeted emails instead of 200,000 generic blasts. Quality compounds in domain authority and sender reputation. Volume of garbage poisons both.

4. Unit economics first

Every engagement gets stress-tested against gross margin math before we sign. If the unit economics don’t work for us, they won’t work for you. We’ve declined deals that didn’t pencil out — and we expect to do it again.

5. Transparent infrastructure, clear scope

Every system we build is documented and visible to the client throughout the engagement — what’s running, what it’s producing, what it costs. At engagement end, we offer optional asset-transition packages on a flat-fee basis for clients who want to take specific deliverables in-house. Pricing and scope are defined in the MSA, not improvised at termination.

Why we’re selective

We accept three clients per quarter. The ceiling isn’t artificial — it’s the number we can serve at the quality our case studies demonstrate.

Our standard engagement scope per client includes:
